What is this for?

Ideas are a dime-a-dozen. What really brings positive change to an individual, organization, or
business is the actual implementation of these ideas. But in order to get there, ideas need
intentional strategy, development of skill-sets, sustainable infrastructure, and a viable network.

The Ideation Conference is a unique conference experience that gathers some of the most innovative thinkers and practitioners in the field of social good (e.g., businesses, organizations, influencers, etc.) in order to help fellow practitioners develop thoughts and tangible next steps for greater impact in their respective work.

Who is this for?

The 2012 Ideation Conference on May 7-9 in Chicago, IL will focus on creative social good in our world, especially as it relates to human care. We are gathering some of the most innovative thinkers in this area that are bringing tangible change for millions around the world.

Designed as a conference to assist current professionals in businesses and organizations who work towards human good as well as those desiring to enter the field, this conference will allow for in-depth dialogue, access to thought-leaders, and opportunities for intentional networking.

What are the topics?

The Ideation Conference engages meaningful conversations around topics including Corporate Social Responsibility, Organizational Infrastructure, Funding Strategies & Tools, Technology & Social Good, Not-for-Profit Development & Scaling, Branding & Marketing, Collaboration, New Media, Social Ventures, Social Entrepreneurialism, Youth Activism, and much, much more!

What will it be like?

The Ideation Conference is intentionally formatted to create a rich learning and sharing experience. Each element of the conference facilitates a different mode for engaging the content as well as fellow participants. The hope is that these various experiences will lead to inspiration, encouragement, new explorations, refinement, collaboration, and strategic implementation.
